By downloading or using Zenodoro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
Zenodoro is a productivity application that implements the Pomodoro Technique to help users manage their time and focus. The app includes features such as customizable timers, statistics tracking, focus sounds, and premium subscription options.
User Accounts
Zenodoro does not require user accounts. All data is stored locally on your device. Premium features are managed through your Apple ID and App Store subscriptions.
Subscriptions and Payments
Free Tier
The free version of Zenodoro includes basic timer functionality with a limit of 3 Pomodoros per day.
Premium Subscription
- Monthly subscription: $4.99/month
- Annual subscription: $29.99/year
- Lifetime purchase: $79.99 (one-time)
Billing
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to circumvent any subscription or payment mechanisms
- Distribute or share premium features without authorization
Intellectual Property
Zenodoro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zenodoro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer
Zenodoro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method; results may vary based on individual use.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenodoro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by updating this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
